We receive your order.

Our colleagues will be notified and will check the stock levels.

Order acknowledgement

We'll check the stock status and the quality of plants ordered.

We aim to ship only the best plants. If there are any issues, we'll get in touch with you with suggested substitutes.

Payment

Once an order is acknowledged, payment can be made using the preferred method.

For payments over the phone, one of our colleagues in the Sales team wil be in touch with you.

Order ready

Your order is ready for delivery or collection, as agreed with our colleagues over the phone.

Orders that are placed for collection will be ready for you at our nursery.

Order shipped/collected

Once the order has been shipped, you should expect delivery shortly.

More details regarding the transit of your order, delivery arrangements and delivery instructions will be forwarded to the selected courier / driver.
